John has a wealth of experience in kitchens both in Europe and America and is known for his use of excellent produce, expertly sourced from regions across the globe, John created dishes that are at the forefront of the casual dining scene in London.
John previously worked for Soho House Group where he worked on projects including Pizza East, Shoreditch House, Soho House West Hollywood and Miami Beach. After the success of Pizza East, he turned his attention to Chicken Shop and Dirty Burger, again lifting humble fast food to the casual dining scene.
In 2010, he took his brand of farm to fork menus to Soho House Berlin, helping to drive the food revolution in Germany.
Previous roles included Head Chef within the Caprice Holdings Group, at restaurants including J Sheekey, The Ivy, Scotts of Mayfair and the Rivington Grill.
