In 2018 Nicolas James Group completed the construction of the award-winning Southampton Harbour Hotel and the adjacent 100 apartments at Ocean Village, Southampton.
Nicolas James Group is poised to complete the construction of the highly anticipated Tides Reach hotel and residential apartments in South Sands, Salcombe in June 2021. This £30m project included the refurbishment and extension of the existing hotel including the erection of a new bedroom wing to form a 50 bedroom hotel, with a luxury HarSPA and Upper Deck Bar & a Lower Deck Beach Bar and the refurbishment of part of the original building to create 10 luxury apartments with associated car parking.
March 2021: Nicolas James Group is delighted to announce the acquisition of The Savoy in Bournemouth with plans to invest £20m to restore the original hotel and create some residential apartments.
