Latest News: Ocean Village - Southampton

Planning permission has been resolved to be granted for a 76 bedroom 4 star hotel with spa and restaurant facilities incorporating 12 spectacular duplex apartments all with dual aspect views over Ocean Village Marina. Also approved is a separate building accommodating ground floor restaurants with 82 two and three bedroom apartments, the majority enjoying uninterrupted views across the Marina and beyond. This amazing waterfront development is due to commence in early 2013 with practical completion due in late 2014.
